Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations:
- GraceMed Shop currently ships to all provinces and territories within Canada.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
Order Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in saleable condition.
- Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@gracemed.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, promotional items, and items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
